3. COST OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

   2. The cost of services and payment procedure may be changed by the Seller.
   3. In case of violation by the Buyer of the payment procedure specified in this Agreement, the Seller has the right to terminate the provision of Services to the Buyer.
   4. The Buyer agrees that payment for the ordered goods and services is not refundable.
   5. The Buyer agrees not to make claims to payment systems and payment aggregators after successful payment.
   6. The Buyer has the right to request a refund of unused funds on the balance of the Buyer's account by contacting the Seller. The refund is made exclusively to the details from which the payment was received, minus the commission and other expenses incurred by the Seller for making such a refund.
   7. If the Seller or the payment aggregator detects suspicious or fraudulent activities, the Buyer's account may be blocked.
   8. The Seller is not responsible for the commission of payment aggregators, but notifies the Buyer of possible commissions when making a deposit or withdrawal of funds.
4. ORDER PLACEMENT
   1. The order of a product or service is made by the Buyer through the Portal.
   2. To place an order on the Portal, the Buyer undertakes to register on the site (create an account).
   3. If the Seller needs additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer.
   4. The Buyer undertakes not to install prohibited plugins on game servers that change the game client or game client settings.
   5. In case of failure to provide the necessary information by the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible for the provision of the goods or services.
   6. Acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this Offer is carried out by placing an order.
   7. The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing an order.
   8. The offer agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment of completion of payment and receipt of funds by the Seller.
5. Delivery and transfer of goods to the buyer
   1. The Seller provides the Buyer with services automatically after payment is made.
   2. The delivery time of the Goods to the Buyer consists of the order processing time and the delivery time.
