General Provisions
The Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is the rules governing the procedure for collecting, processing, using and protecting personal data that may be requested/received when using the CS-BEST web portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal"), the types of personal data that are collected, the conditions for access to personal data, as well as contact information for the user to access, amend, block or delete their personal data and address any questions that the user may have regarding the practice of
Personal data means information or a set of information about an individual or legal entity that is identified or can be specifically identified.
The Portal Administration has great respect for the confidential (personal) information of all persons, without exception, who have visited the Portal, as well as those who use the services provided by the Portal; in this regard, the Administration seeks to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Portal services for each user.
Collection and use of personal data
The owner and manager of the personal data of the Portal users is the CS-BEST Portal Administration.
When the user uses the Portal services, the Administration processes the user's data, namely:
- data provided by the user both when filling out registration forms and in the process of using the services;
- cookies;
- IP addresses;
parameters and settings of Internet browsers (User-agent).
The Administration collects only those personal data (login and password, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, etc., other contact information) that are knowingly and voluntarily provided by you as a personal data subject for the purpose of using the Portal services, which, in accordance with the requirements of the law, is the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing formulated in this Policy.
When visiting the Portal, all logins to the system are recorded. Other information regarding user traffic is not processed or stored. The Administration does not collect personal data disclosing citizenship, nationality, race or ethnicity, political beliefs, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership in trade unions, genetic data, biometric data, health data or data on the sex life of an individual or his/her sexual orientation. The Administration collects data on the statistics of visits to the Portal. The data may contain information about the connection, traffic, user's browser, as well as the date, time, duration of work on the Internet and stay on the Portal.
Processing of personal data
The processing and storage of the provided personal data is carried out in data centers where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Portal services is located.
Purposes of using personal data
Your personal data is used to ensure the provision of the Portal services, information exchange, role-based access, in particular: registration of Portal users and management (including the delimitation of access rights), organization of electronic interaction of the Portal subjects through personal accounts, relations in the field of advertising and communication in accordance with and in pursuance of applicable law, including the "Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data" and the "Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of
Personal data retention period
Personal data is stored for no longer than necessary in accordance with the purpose of their collection, processing and use or until the personal data subject ceases to be a user of the Portal by deleting his or her account on the Portal.
Use of cookies
Cookies are a small amount of information that is stored on the user's device (computer, mobile phone or other device used by the user to visit the Portal) and transmitted by the Portal's browser in the form of an HTTP header. The outdated name "Cookies" is due to the fact that in the Internet Explorer browser this information for each site was actually stored as a separate file.
Cookies can be permanent and stored in the computer, during their validity period or until the user deletes them, or temporary (such cookies are called session cookies), that is, they are stored only until the browser is closed. In addition, cookies are divided into first-party cookies (they are set directly by the Portal visited) and third-party cookies (set by other websites, statistics systems, etc.). The web browser allows automatic storage of cookies on the user's device by default. Disabling cookies may result in restriction of access to the Portal or inadequate functioning of the Portal services (for example, it is impossible to authorize or register).
Cookie data may be updated when the user visits the Portal again.
In accordance with the classification of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Administration uses the following categories of cookies:
Strictly necessary cookies - required to use certain services, for example, registration and authorization, access to secure pages, adding game servers or ordering paid services.
Information collected through cookies set directly by the Portal is not transferred to third parties.
Cookies of third-party services and analytics services:
To improve the operation of the Portal, the Administration uses web analytics services that are owned by other third-party companies. Such companies may use cookies on the user's device while working on the Portal.
It should be noted that the Portal Administration cannot influence the operation of cookies used by these services. All the necessary information about their use can be found by visiting the relevant resource.

Administration's interaction with third parties regarding personal data
The Portal Administration does not transfer or disclose personal data received from the registered users of the Portal to third parties. The Administration understands that personal information is a value and inalienable content, including the personal non-property rights of any individual, therefore, it takes all possible measures to protect the personal information of users voluntarily and consciously transferred to the Administration.
The Portal may contain links to other sites. When you follow a link to other websites, this Policy will not apply to such sites. In this regard, the Administration recommends that you review the privacy and personal data policy of each website before submitting any personal data by which you can be identified.
Protection of personal data
The Portal Administrator uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data from their loss, alteration or destruction, unauthorized access to them or their distribution. However, despite all efforts, the Administration cannot guarantee absolute protection against any threats arising outside the scope of the Administration's regulation.
Conditions of access to personal data
The Portal Administration does not collect or store surnames, names and patronymics, place of residence (place of stay) and details of an individual's identity document. During the registration, the registered entities of the Portal may indicate their login, date of birth, country/city of residence and contact details.
The User has the right to receive information about personal data stored and processed by the Portal Administration, however, under the above conditions, the Administration does not have the technical ability to respond to official requests of the subject of relations related to personal data.
Any requests from third parties for access to the personal data of the Portal users are rejected, such a decision is final and not subject to appeal.
Rights of the personal data subject
By registering on the Portal, you have the right to:
- receive information about the sources of collection of your personal data and the purpose of their processing;
- Receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom your personal data is transferred
- withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data (by requesting the deletion of your Portal user account).
In order to update, access, amend, block or delete your personal data, revoke the consent to the processing of personal data that you have provided to the Administration in accordance with this Policy, or if you have any comments, requests or claims regarding your personal data processed by the Administration, please contact the Administration by e-mail to admin dog cs-best.org.ua or by sending a personal message.
Policy change
The Portal Administrator may change this Policy without prior notice to the user so that it accurately reflects the methods of collection, processing, use, access and protection of personal data.
Please review this Policy periodically from time to time to be aware of any changes or additions. When the Portal administrator changes this Policy, he/she updates the date of the "last change" at the top of this Policy. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are published.
